GENERAL INFORMATION

We are pleased to inform you that MELT Festival will be cashless. This means that no cash or credit card payments will be possible on-site. At the entrance, you will exchange your ticket for a festival wristband that contains an RFID chip. This chip will serve as your digital wallet for the duration of the event. 

You can load money onto your chip both before and during the event, allowing you to make quick and easy payments throughout the festival grounds. This provides a convenient and straightforward payment method while giving you an overview of all your transactions and expenses. 
After the festival, you can request a refund of your remaining balance online. 
However, we recommend setting up a cashless account on our website before the event. It is simple, convenient, and free, enabling you to load your balance in advance.
