PROTECTION OF MINORS

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the festival grounds. Adolescents over 16 years of age are allowed to enter the open air event until midnight without being accompanied by a person authorized to act on behalf of the child's legal guardian or parental authority. After midnight, they must be accompanied by a person authorized to act on behalf of the child's legal guardian or parental authority.
A person with parental authority is any person over the age of 18, if he or she performs parental duties permanently or temporarily on the basis of an agreement with the person with parental authority, or if he or she looks after a child or young person in the context of education or youth welfare (§ 1 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 JuSchG).
